1) What the service provides

ETSquare SEC Intelligence helps you search SEC filings and receive citation-ready answers grounded in those filings. We provide tools for research and verification, not investment recommendations.

2) No investment advice

ETSquare is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or law firm. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

3) Accuracy and verification

We do not guarantee that any information, summary, metric, or output is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. You must verify results against the original filings and other authoritative sources.

4) Acceptable use

• No scraping, crawling, harvesting, or programmatic extraction without written permission, except standard search-engine indexing permitted by our robots.txt policy.
• No redistribution, resale, or creation of a competing database or product.
• No account sharing or credential misuse.
• Respect rate limits and fair-access guidelines.

5) Data sources and third-party rights

We use public sources including SEC EDGAR and may incorporate third-party licensed data. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the SEC or any issuer. Some content may be subject to third-party terms.

6) Intellectual property

Public filings remain public and are owned by their respective issuers. ETSquare retains all rights to the platform, user interface, and service outputs (except where third-party rights apply). You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your internal research.

7) Your content

You retain ownership of your inputs, notes, and uploaded materials. You grant ETSquare a limited license to process that content to provide the service.

8) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or legal or security risks. We may also suspend accounts for nonpayment or inactivity.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETSquare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

10) Privacy

We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy. No system is 100% secure, and you use the service at your own risk.
